Week 14 challenge

Exhaust throttle valve : ETV is mainly used in commercial vehicles exhaust system. it is placed in between the turbocharger and DPF ( DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER ) .Its help to increase the fuel effeciency of the vehicle when down the hill.

It work when the driver applies the brake pedal while down the hills the driver activate the engine brake button to activate ETV THEN the butterfly valve is get closed .at same time the fuel get cut off by ECM to reduce the fuel consupltion while down the hills.

Butterfly valve is design as per the given data below follow the all the design consideration to make a 3d model . it applying all GD&T CONCEPT to each and every part of butterfly valve .
