Design Procedure For Butterfly Valve Assembly :-

Step 1 :-

We have to kept all the 7 Parts In a Single File Folder.

1. Body Part Butterfly Valve.

2. Shaft Stem

3. Reatiner

4. Disc

5. Nut

6. Screw

7. Lever Or Handle.

We have to go into the Assembly Workbench and Add All the Components . After using Gemoteric Constraints And Move Components Poistioning it. And Create 4 new Screws by Copying it and Fix in Holes.

Step 2 :-

After Assembly, we have to do Drafting of the Model in A0 sheet with 1:2 Ratio . Add Base View and Projected View of the Assembly. Apply Three Datum Target area A1, A2, A3 and A Datum Target Symbol with refrence to a Surface . After that Apply three Datum Target Symbol B, C, D with Respect to Perpendicular & Position Feature group with respect o A, B, C & D Datums.
