    DOOR TRIM PANEL

                     The given class A surfaces are thickened according to the master section dimensions. All the parts has undergone draft analysis and it detailed in the report. All the flanges are created according to the master section in all the parts. The heat stakes are also created as per the given master section in the lower substrate. Dog house is created according to the dimensions that are obtained from the push pin , so that the push pin will be fitted inside it properly. All the parts has parting line where the core and cavity of the injection moulding meets. Proper tooling axis is created for all the parts by considering all the norms , the arm rest part alone will have a side core axis because it has an "under cut" in it.
