Week 12- Final project

  FINAL PROJECT -WEEK-12                                           

                                                   REPORT WRITING ON FINAL PROJECT

In this Final project Class A Is given as inputs four different parts are there Arm Rest, Lower Substrate, Map Pocket, Bottle Holder,And Master Section as well.

So as per requirement I seperated out all parts and create closed body component with given Class A , If there is a requirement of improvement in class A then firstly improved it then work on it ,And create Proper Tooling Axis for each part individually .And as per guidence and given master section worked on engineering features on each parts some times position of Flanges or heat stakes is slightly Change from master section, to avoid intersection with other parts.

After creating all parts then assembled them on a product file in assembly workbench and in the end to fix the push pin at the dogouses, three doghouse is created 2 on lower substrate ,1 on Map pocket and at all doghouse Pushpin is fixed.

All the doghouse and other engineering features are created after consulting with mentors during live session for the position and quantity of engineering features,or if I have to change anything from master section .

                                                  All 4 Parts thickness is 2.5mm
