FIRST

In this project they are given ciass a surface ,There are given whole door assembly but i taken the small partictions like given below

After the take the each class A of the using the surfacing technics I converted into closed surface after the ciass B and class C using convert into solid surface like that i convert into all class a surface into solid surface . I take the first class a surface i using the surfacing Desing tools and technics convert into solid surface . Below i attached solid surface of the first class a surface

After the taken the next class a surface taken converting into class a surface into class B,class c surface creaction after the class a surface into closed surface go to mechcanical desing and go to part design convert into solid surface ,Below i attached creaction of the class B surface and class C ,Solid surface

after join the class b and class c surface ,below attached image is joined surface

after the go to the mechanical desing go to the part design create the solid surface

like that i create the surface ,i attached the all image of the surfaces like class b and class c of the jion the formation solid surface

next take the another class a surface the given ,i menstioned below

I taken the above menstioned class a surface ,creaced class b , class c surface and join the both surfaces formed the closed surface

this surface converted into solid surface we are go to with mechcanical design , part design solid surface is created ,below attached images

THEN take all the surface assemble them like that

then taken add the plastic design features like ribs,dog house ,push pin,screw boss,fore way locator

and taken the all surface test the draft analysis down
