Week 12- Final project

As a final project i got the master section of heat stakes along with the A class surface of four parts of the door.

The four parts are Arm rest , Map pocket , Bottle Holder , Lower Substrate.

First i check the A class Surface visually found faulty patch on Arm Rest so first i corrected the A class surface ( we cannot correct the A class surface directly we have to inform the A class surface Designer but in this case we have to do it any way) then i performed the Draft analysis on A clas Surface of all the parts .

the After performing the draft analysis i made the B class surface and then C class surface .

Then i add the A class and C class surface And subtracted the B class surface .

Then after getting closed surface i make the clossed body of each part .

then assemble the each part and in assembly work bench by activating part work bench add the engineering features on the b class surface and provided the sufficient draft on the B side engineering features .

The A class surface designer does not provided the sufficient draft on arm rest A class surface.
