Improved Class A draft analysis 2.9 deg is given almost is clear in one side

Class B surface to create from improve class A surface is offset value 2.5 mm

Class C surface for Arm rest part of door componet

After create class C surface join with class A surface (Class A+C Surface )

After that trim with class B surface to create Closed surface

To create Closed Solid body using thiken command in part workbench
