Week 12- Final project
There are 4 given CLASS A surfaces are
1.ARM REST
2.LOWER SUBSTRATE (MAP POCKET )
3.TOP SUB SUBSTRATE
4. BOTLLE HOLDER
1. ARM REST :
The given class a surface of arm rest is not developed so we have to develop or improve the class a surface in arm rest next offset to 2.5 mm thickness of class b surface and also create class c surface and make solid in part work bench .flanges in the arm rest has been created according to the given master sections as reference filletes to be apply by minimum dimensions and also finally check with draft analysis

2.Lower substrate :
Here lower substrate is created with the same 2.5 thickness and make a solid and draft analysis to be check flangesd in map pocket or lower substrate has been created by the given master sections as reference for the heat stakes and loctor

3.BOTTLE HOLDER :
Bottle holder is created as the thickness of 2.5mm as solid by join of CLASS A+C SURFACE -CLASS B SURFACE .
In bottle holder master sections of flange are not so with the help of skill lync team flanges are created by own dimensions
totally 5 flanges is created the counter holes for heat stakes is 8.5 mm dia for heat stakes ckearance is 0.5 mm radius.Draft analysis is to be checked 1.5 degree

4.TOP SUBSTRATE:
Top substrate is the centre to the all three other parts of low substrate , arm rest ,and bottle holder because we can join everthying by creating heat stakes , locators and dog house in top substrate with help flanges in all other parts .
top substrate is create by 2.5 mm thickness of CLASS A+C SURFACE - Class B Surface with draft of 1.5 degree
heat stakes locators and dog house are created in top substrate

5.HEAT STAKES :
Heat stakes are created in top substrate by dimension of given master section with minimum 0.5 degress draft angle theese are used arrest the motion of X,Y,Z directon it means translate and rotatary motion of the parts

6.4 way locators:
In this projects we are using 4 way locators with my own dimension gap of heat stakes and locators minimum 15 mm and hieght of the locators greater than heat stakes .

7.Flanges with locators:
flanges are created in low substrate (map pocket ) ,arm rest and bottle holder dimensions of the flanges are created by using given master sections .
flanges should create from the c surface only the gap of one flange to other flange is minimum 20 to 30 mm distance with the thickness of 2.5 mm and with the minimum draft angle 1.5 degeree and the counter hole of heat stakes is 8.5 mm dia and for locator 11mm dia

8 .Dog house and push pin :
The main role of dog house is create the mobility for the making product and dog house is used to connect the one part with other part by using push pin . It is created with thickness 2.5mm thickness and draft angle of 1.5 degree. the fixed image of dog house and push pin images is attached below .

9.Assembling :
in assembyl work bench we have fix all the parts by using fix option.
After creation of the above steps we have assemble the part file in assembly work bench by importing part file or copying the
part in assembky work flanges are get cinnected with locotrs and heat stakes .The dog house and and push /pin are connected with help of axis coincedence .The image of assembled parts lower subtrate ,bottle holder ,top substrate ,arm rest .created heat stakes ,locators, dog house and push pin fixation are attached below
