Week 12- Final project

Sir,

Initally From Class A surface,Four different parts are separated into four fles in assembly workbench.Lower substarate,bottleholder,mappocket,arm rest

Firat step is to create into solid part .

After Complition of all solid creation part,then master section and dog house creation started,

Initally heat stakes started to create along the all parts

that heat stakes going to attach with the falnges aroung it,

Then with respect to that Flange creation also created to assemble with the Heat stakes generally ,Heat stakes and flanges are fixed and by Plastic welding it hold together firmly.

Then creation of Dog house dog house is created to fix the push pin over it,

Dog house should be created by the normal to the curve (tooling axis),Then only drat analaysi get easily cleared.Creation of side core axis help to clear draft analyis inside the dog house.

After creation of Dog House by using assembly workbench ,Pushpin assembled Top of the Dog house.
