Week 11 - Final project

REPORT :

For the creation of the door panel first visually checked each given surfaces. wheather there is any paches . after the visual inspection then started with each parts seperatly. first i created a tooling axis by using bisecting method and checked for the draft analysis, after cthat i created a side core axis for the required parts which needs the side core axis . side core axis was created by the bisecting method after creating the side core axis i checked for the draft analysis for the given class A surfaces. when the class A is ready i measured the given master section for the thickness of the component. after measuring i created a offset from the given class A. and checked for any patches or any fillets are missing from the offset . the missing areas was created using the join comand and using multisection command. after the creation of class B, class C was created using the sweep and multisection . after creating a complete class c, i joind class A with class C . from that joined class A and class C i trimed it by using class B . after the trim ,will get a closed body . the closed body was thickned and formed a plastic component. after the creation of plastic component i checked the draft analysis with a draft angle of 3 deg . after the creation of plastic component i go for the B side features . the required flanges ,heatstakes , locators and dog house was created using the master section. after the creation of b side feartures draft analysis was done for each component. there are some attachments like push pin that has to be assembled on the dog house that was done by using the assembly work bench
