> Tooling axis is done by using the bisecting metheod by taking the intersection tool. from the given class and checked the draft analysis for the class A. After the analysis is done offset is done for the required thickness which is 2.5 mm inoder to create the B surface . After the checked the offseted surface is properly done. By the visual analysis found some fillets are missing and have some patchs on the B surafce . By using the join command , removed the sub elemements which are adjusent to the area which was creating the problem. after the removal , used the extrapolation command to extrapolate the area and by using the trim command trimed the unnessesary area which is not required. after that again checked for the patchy area and clearled it by using multisection command. when all the patches are repired , requierd fillets are given by measuring the class A surface . There by, i completed the B surface .After that i go for the class C surafce ,inoder to creat a class C suraface, created a sweep using the sweep comand, by using the tooling axis. after the sweep is done i joined the C suface with class A . after the joing of class A and class C i trimed it with the class B surface inoder to get the closed product. The final closed body is done by the clossed body command. finally i done the draft analysis for the final plastic product

> Tooling axis is done by using the bisecting method. first taken a surface area which is plane and easly cleared by tooling axis . after that take the adjesnt suraface taken a intersection between them . by using the intersection i created a bisectiong line which i taken as my tooling axis
