Week 11 - Final project

Report :

In this challenge, first all the given surfaces were arranged in an assembly workbench by creating a product in there initial fixed positions. Then the surface quality of all given surfaces were observed first using boundary. Then after creating tooling axis, draft analysis was performed for all surfaces respectively.Then after clearing draft analysis, usual procedure of “offset” was performed and some patch filling to create final B surfaces of all the given parts. Then using “sweep, extrapolate and multi section” features the final A+B+C surface was created. Then it was created into a solid part using “closed surface” and hence we got solid closed surfaces for all the given parts or surfaces. Then using the mastersection, B surface features were created successfully and were added and union trimmed with the main body. Push clips were also assembled above the respective dog houses. And then final analysis of the entire product was done and it satisfied the standard parametres.
