Week 11 - Final project

The master section and all the required inputes are given according to the mastersectionall the class a surface are created in seperate part.all class a surface is converted into thick surface by creating the class b and class c surface

before creating the thick surface the class a surface is check with the draft analysis for checking the class a is good for manufacturing or not. the draft analysis is done with the help of creating the tooling axis

we have used the point and direction method to create the tooling axis. after creating all the close body we have check the draft analysis

tooling axis creation is the first step of the part creation ,we have recive a arm rest part with a small gap in class a surface according to the instruction the class a surface joint value is increase and then go for the next process ,we have also recive a small change in master section that we do not have to consider a wrap on arm rest we have to just create thick surface from the given class a surface .

after creating all the thick surface the engineering features are attach on the thick surface. The heat stack and locators are clamp on the lower substance

the remaining all the child part are attach to the lower substance with the help of flange creation

the all assemble part we have to attach to the metal body for that we have created two dog house in which we can attach push pin. the push pin can get inserted into the main metal body. which is wasy th assemble and also easy to lock the movement of the metal part

according to the creation of thick part and engineering features we have consider about the parting line which should be goes according to the class b surface. when we go for the die creation then due to the parting line which seperate core and cavity of die the class a should not get affected. the excess flash which may be come at the joint of core and cavity it should not affect the class a. we have also consider about the we should not require any tooling axis apart from the main tooling axis
