Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

Draft angle used is 3 deg. Tooling axis is created using bisecting method. 4 way locator and heat stake is added in the model. Locator is 5 mm more than heat stake because during assembling initially locator will fix the position.

NOTE:

     I HAVE A DOUBT IN THE MODEL. I CANT ABLE TO GIVE UNION TRIM OPTION FOR ONE OF THE LOCATOR. KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE ATTACHED THE IMAGE (CAPTURE).
