Two tooling axis is provided to the dog house. 1.5 degree draft is given to the walls of the dog house as per the standards. Another tooling is provided for the side core movement. Draft analysis is done on the side core tooling axis and it passes as per the norms. From the two draft analysis it is seen that the dog house of the component can be manufactured , all the design rules are followed for the creation of this B side feature.
GREEN COLOR - 1.5 to 0 DEGREES
BLUE COLOR - 0 DEGREE
RED COLOR - NEGATIVE VALUE
