Week 10 - Challenge 2- Attachment Feature Creation (Dog House)

                                                   WEEK 10 CHALLENGE-2 (DOGHOUSE)

                                                             DRAFT ANALYSIS REPORT

In this Challenge After performing Draft Analysis on Class A giving Draft angle1.5 deg.(which is actually 1.45 on the display)

popping some error, which you can see in image as I took screenshot (Uploaded in the folder).

Because I found error in class A after performing draft Analysis, So it shows in final component too which is can be seen in the image I uploaded with Catiafile.(Main Tooling axis is used for these draft analysis,tooling axis is created by using bisecting method).

And I also performed draft analysis on inside portion of the dog house with side core tooling axis and angle of 0.5deg,which is showing some error as well (Image is given).

                                                                      Doghouse

 The Thickness of the Component is 2.5 so the thickness at the intersection of the part wall is 1 (after decreasing 40%), and the height of B is '5'. Though the surface is not fully flat it causes some deviation on the height of B.

The draft value of doghouse inside part is 0.5 and the outside its 1.5deg.

The fillet value of Doghouse inside part is 1 and for outside fillet value is 3.
