Week 10 - Challenge 1- Attachment Feature Creation (Ribs & Screw Boss)

Rib and screw boss:

Tooling axis: Taken on A-surface referance

Created B-surface by offset method and Multi-section then join the both i get the B-surface

Creared C-surface sweep and draft sweep and extraplate the edge surface on C-surface then i join the C-surfce with the A-surface help of Join comment

Final i trim the A&C-surface trim with the B-surface and i get the Completed Close body

And i created the RIB and screw boss with the help of part freatures

Draft analysis report:

Rib draft 0.5mm

Screw boss draft 0.5mm

I.D = 5mm

O.D =10mm

Height = 12.5mm

drat = 0.5mm

fillet = 0.25mm
