Detailed report :
I have to creat closed surface so i have to choose thickness command in part work bench .the thickness will be 2.5mm.that is base wall thickness of the component.The draft angle is up to 2.5 Deg maximum 3 deg .This is genreal Draft angel valves. in this case the draft ange of rib and screw boss are Greaterthan 0.5 deg .finally completing the rib & screw boss creation we have to analysis for draft .that draft analysis .
Tooling axis creation :
Tooling axis is cerated very must important in plastic mold system .the tooling axis will be determinition the core and cavity moment in molding machine .so first we are created tooling axis for before the component design.because the draft angle creation is depends upon the tooling axis.first intersect the the component class A for tooling direction.then creat two lines based on intersecting line .the line 1 & line 2 will extend the required length.then go to pick on bisecting method by using creat the Tooling Axis.Openthe Bisecting command pick on Line 1 and 2 & select Center point say preview the thired line will be created.if say ok the axis line will be created.
Draft Analysis :
Open the Draft analysis command fixing the co ordinate axis by using compass .after fixing the co ordinate axis the color vearition has been happend . the color veration is easily identify the draft angle .if draft angle is greaterthan 0.5 deg green color will be highlighted. less than 0.5 deg, like 0 deg to 0.5 deg blue color would be created .if maybe below 0 deg Red color will be highlighted.That is color veration of draft analysis .Analysis under the running point command used to move the command the component surface value has highlighted.
