Case 1: Plate With 1 hole.
Case 2: Plate with multi holes.

Meshing Consideration: Tetrahedron With element size of 5.0mm and fine meshing.

From Analysis point of veiw, the less stress generated, i.e, Case 2 with 0.568MPa is considered.
From the manufacture point of view, case1 has to considered, due to manufacturing time and cost involved to make the multi holes.
But in certain situation, if we are going with strength to wt ratio, the Case 2 most preferrable due to less wt.
