Work Flow

1) I calculate the Wheel rate and the ride rate with the given parameters.

2) Then I calculate the sprung and unsprung mass natural frequency.

3) With the ride rates I could calculate the critical damping for sprung and unsprung mass

4) The I could calculate the Damping Coeff. due to the critical damping.

5) Finally I calculate the compression/rebound for low and high speed with using the damping coeff. and the rebound/compr. ratio.
