Usage of Collaborate tool in REVIT

As per the above question I have created the first architectural model and I have set the project base point

After the poject base point. I have chnages the model to central using collabrate and save as architecture model

And after that i have opned new file for structure template and linked architecture model using manage tab copied grids from AR model using copy moniter

The same steps which i have followed for construction template model
