Process of under body coating:
Under body coating is usually a dense cladding(often based on rubber)applied uniformly to the under carriage of the automobile.its is normally sprayed or painted.steps to fallow under coating process,

Types of Under coating:
1)Rubberized under coating:
This is best under body coating for the cars. It is the preserves the underbody well.protecting it from scrateches.It provides the simplest and the best protective measure against rust and mositure.
2)Wax based under coating:
Wax based under coating will be the cheapest and quickest option avilable fot the under carriage of the automobile.wax based under coating gives big fight against moisture.Its wear is quicker than other type of under coating and will need to be stripped and reaplied every year.
3)Polyurethane under coating:
This coating closes up splits and fractures on the under body of the automobile.This type of under coating is little quicker and easier to apply.This type of under coating need more preparation before the coating.This offers best coroosion resistanc and also bonds with the metal.
4)Asphalt- based under body coating:
It is mainly applicable under coat large truckes and heavy machinaries.It mat gives some extra durability against rocks,chips and moisture.its need more cure time and its is not paintable, making it best uasge for under carraiges.

2)Care must be taken while applying underbody coating if there is any neglignecy camponents of the vehical may get damaged.
