Underbody Coating

Undercoating is the process which is being used for protection of outside of the vehicle. It is a corrosion resistance for the vehicle.
It may process through the ED bath ( Known as Electrolyte Deposite Bath ) In which the Whole structure of the Car is dropped in the ED.

let us discuss the Types of Under Coating.

1) PU Coating ( Polyurethene Coating ) - In this type of Coating a PU based sealent is being used. this coating type is very good for a quicker and easier coating.

2) Rubberized Under Coating - Rubberzied coating is one of the best option for the undercoating. It is easy to apply and offers sound-cushining as well as protection from Dust, dents, Moisture.

3) Asphalt Based Undercoating - It is being used for large truckes and heavy machinery. Asphalt based undercoating provides more durabilty against the rocks, Moisture and Chips.
