Underbody Coating :

Underbody coating is like providing protection for the under body of the cars i,e Protecting the cars under body parts like Rails, internal pannels & frames from rust.

Types of underbody coating:

1. Rubberised under body coating :

This is the best underbody coating, it preserve the under body well & protects the parts from corrosion & applying this coating to the vehicle is also Hassle free.

2. wax based under body coating :

This type coating is more or less same as the rubberised coating this fights against the moisture & scratches will be observed over a period of time.

3. Asphalt based under body coating :

This is the best suited undercoatong for lorry & large vehicle here in this coating rubber is present in small amount which prevents vehicles sound of the vehicles & acts as a insulator.

4. polyurethane under body coating :

This coating closes up splits & fracture on the car underbody, it provides good protection against corrosion & bonds with metal & we can again paint on this coating if requied.

most commonly used under bod y coating are BITUMEN, RESIN & WAX BASED.

4. It makes vehicle Heavier.

5. Under coatings can be damaged.
