UNDER BODY COATING

1.Under body coating is must for an automobile ,It is mostly added in the manufacturing process.

2.Under body coating means generally a special type of coating given to bottom surface of the floor panel and chassis part

3.Why we are giving a coat to under body ,generally in bottom surface they may small scartches may occur ,this scractes lead to rust formation later this collapses the entire body.

4.Small scratch in the under body leads to major deformation.

5.Under Boady coating is of two types spary and rubber

6.Spray type coating means it generally give a small spray thickness over the bottom surface this process may longlast upto 2 years.

7.Rubber type coating also given to under body ,It thickness vary and lead to longlast upto 5 years.

8.Generally ED process and paint process also given to undeet body but its not enough,Under body coating gives better strength.

9.Sealent also provided to small gaps of the under body to gives better strength.

10.Most of the commercial vehicles follow the under body coating with specified thickness in the manufacturing indusrties.
