Underbody Coating

Under-body coating it provides the long term protection from the rusting to the cars under body. When the coating applied to the under body it protection against the impact damage from the small stones. The normal paint it will remove easily. When the under body coating it will helps the different climate zones. The under body coating it reduces the noise from the outside and it will act as the heat isulation.

It will not damage the car under body as quickly and it will not create a holes.

It also protects the internal body pannels.

It minimizes the sound from underneath the car resulting a nosieless and it gives a smooth driving experince.

When the underbody coating the BiW dip the sealent and its rotate the 360 degrees and the BiW remove the liquid and wait for the complete drain the liquid. After that to sent the body for the next process and it provides the anti corrosion liquid for the complete body. Then next step will go for the paint process. Then the welded joints and the spot welding to provide the sealant. Then the types of under body coating are:

• Rubberized underbody coating
