Underbody Coating

Uder body coating is a process to protect car under body or say BIW(Body in white) from rust ,dust,rain and other climate change.it is method to give car body different protective skin .it provides long term protection from corrison to cars it also protect parts like internal body panels ,frame rails and other inner cavities.it is basically in form of paint in which biw is first dipped and by using robots hands spraied on biw.

This is generally thought of as a best under body coating .it preserves the underbody well corrosion as a well as from scratches.

• ASPHALT BASED UNDERCOATING

Best suited for lorries ,trucks and large vehicle this provides a great degree of protection compared to rubber based coating.the process of applying this coating is little time consuming.

• Electronic rust inhibitor

in this process zinc electroplating on the entire chassis of the car done.

• Polyurethene undrbody coating

This coating closes up splits and fracture on the underbody of the vehicle. Its protect from corrosion and also make good bonding with metal.
