UNDERBODY COATING

Underbody coating gives an extra layer of protection to the car from corossion and rustand also it will close up splits and fractures on the under body of vehicle . Under body coating is an important thing to do or cheak in all vehiclle why because most of the dust will be there in the under body so the chance to get that part rust is high therefor it should be maintain properly.while buying a car this should check to different car this done in differnt way in some it is done in standered way but in some it is not. There are different types of under body coating such as Rubberized vehicle under coating,polyurethane undercoating, Wax or Paraffin Based undercoating and Asphalt based under coating.

     

  RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATIN

                                               It will creat a protective barrier that seals out grit grim and moisture and  the cost is law 0n the other hand it will do nothing to stop the spred of rust.

POLYURETHANE UNDERCOATING

                                                      This type of vehicle undercoating is little bitt quicker and easier to applay.it will come in caniters ready to preload into an application gun.this type of salent works by seeping into all and seams ,dispacing salt and moisture aroundy rusty areas to bond with and protect unoxidized metal. It also sands quickly in case you will need to perform body work and painted over..

on the other hand this type of car undercoating generally requires a liitle bit more surface surface prep work before applaying sanding and applying an etching primer metals before using are recomended

PARAFFIN BASED UNDERCOATING

                                               It is the cheapest and quickest otion available undercoating.However, it will wear off quicker than other typs of under coating  and will nead to  stripped and reapplied at least once every year. 

ASPHALT BASED UNDERCOATING   

                       This mainly usin for large vehicle it provides a bit of extra durability against rocks, chips and moisture. It contains a little bit of rubberized meterial that sets up firmly and also soften noice. Meanwhile it is sold in fallon containers and it need mpore time than the others and is not paintable .
