UNDER BODY COATING : Under body coating is which the sheet metal body of a car is under goes the process of painting which to resist the body from corrision and the painting is for protecting

the body and there is 3 types of paitings are there and those are :

1) Ed coating ( electrolyte deposited)

2) Automotive coating ( base paint)

3) Teflon coating ( final coating is called custamized colour)

these are the coating of wich the car body has and the process starts is which the rail ( which catches the car body and moves)

taking the body into the paint bath this inclination angle and the time at which is there inside the Ed bar (electrolyte deposit) is described with respect to the weight and the facilities of the plant.

the angle at which rotates is the angle at which ed droplets are let out there cannot be lag or any drop let cannot cannot be stored inside the the body which means that will additionally react

and give more of coating which is not are designed intention so the body is rotated in a way that certain way so that there is no drplets found inside are every part of the body is completly Ed.

this is how they prepare a car for the ed after which it goes for the paint process the more ed you give that much more the paint obsorption is good and more corrision resistance the car body

will be so that why the ed is did for the corrision resistance for vehicle and the painting angle is depends upon the facilities of different companies some has fully automated and some has semi

automated after the paint bath the car is kept which and angle to let the droplets outside and after that the car undergoes to the drying process between certain heat temperature that should be

dryed and after drying the car goes for next level painting process and this is about the under body coating process.
