( i ) Geometry Clean_up:

( ii ) Structured Mesh:

Tria mesh used on plane surface and Ortho tria mesh used on curved surface and some neighbouring faces.

( iii ) Unstructured Mesh:

Here, Tetra FEM is used for volume.

NOTE:

Time taken to complete this model is nearly 6 hrs, because there are some improper construction lines which needs to modify according to the quality criteria.
