Steady state thermal analysis on heat sinks

With the increase in heat dissipation from microelectronics devices and the reduction in overall form factors, thermal management becomes a more important element of electronic product design. We as a team of 5 members developed this project in which I had worked on designing the fin and simulation of the heat sink.
