Sketch of G+1 Residential plan has been uploaded as per vasthu
Assume,
wall thicness=300mm, column size= 300x300mm, beam size=300x450. slab thickness=150mm.
DEAD LOAD:
1.) Column(0.3x0.3)
volume of column=length x width x height
= (0.3x0.3x3.3) x 2floor = 0.594m3.
(unit wieght of rcc column = 25KN/m3.)
Dead load of rcc column= 25x0.594= 14.85kN. per column
Total no of column = 11no's.
Total D.L of columns= 11x14.85 = 163.35KN
2.) Beams(0.3x0.45)
(Unit weight of rcc beam = 25KN/m3)
Uniformly distributed load = 25x (0.3x0.45)=3.375KN/m.
therefore, multiply the UDL with the span of beam to get the total D.L of beam.
3.) Walls(0.3x3.3) for each floor.
Area of the wall= 0.3x3.3=0.99m2.
Unit weight of brick wall =20KN/m3
Uniformly distributed load = 0.99x20 =19.8KN/m.
therefore, multiply the UDL with the span of wall for each room to get total dead load of wall.
LIVE LOAD:
As per IS 875:1987 table1,
Live load of bedroom= 2KN/m2.
EXAMPLE
area of bedroom = 10x8 = lxb =80m2.
live load= 80x2=160KN.
Live load of bathroom= 2KN/m2.
Live load of kitchen=2KN/m2.
Live load of storeroom=2KN/m2.
WIND LOAD:
As per IS 875:1987(PART 3)the minimum height required for wind load is 10m. so we can ignore wind load calculation here.
