Sketch a G+1 residential plan according to Vaastu Shastra and Calculation of Loads as per IS code

After we will learn Autocard , I will draw a G+1 Building as per Vastu. The silent features are

Entry Should be from North or East of Plot

Kitchen should be in South-East corner.

Puja Room Should be in North-East Corner. ( This side should be lighter )

Master Bed Room should be South-West side of plot.

Toilets should be in North-West Corner of plot.

Stair-case should be in South-West Side and it should be heavy. We can keep water tank in this side.

The shape of plot should be Square or Rectangle.

In addition to above , we should follow the guidelines for Set-Backs in all sides as per Government Circular of that area.

Center line drawing.

Footing and Column Drawing

Column Schedule with Reinforcement

Plinth Beam Drawing

Slab Detail drawing

First Floor beam layout with reinforcement.

Second Floor Beam , Slab drawing.

Head room beam and slab drawing.
