Radar Mast & Final Assembly of Yacht
Radar Mast :-

Project Title :-
Modelling of Yacht Tutorial on Solidworks
Objectives :-
The objective of the project is to design and model all the parts of american predator Yacht and assembling it to create the photo realistic rendering of the yacht.
Introduction :-
We are learn the entire modelling of yacht tutorial on solidworks and solidworks visuvialize.
The various components of the yacht deal with are :
1. Propeller
2.Radar
3.Blueprint
4.Hull
5.Garage door
6.Front Seat
7.Middle seat
8.Rear seat
9.Super structure
10.Radarmast
After design the part components we have worked upon the assembly and photo rendering of the yatcht which gives it a complete and realastic view.
Design Methodology :-
Design methodology of the yacht model is described step by step in the following flow chart.

The feature and properties given inside the SOLIDWORKS software makes easier to compose a 3D object from a 2D sketch.
1.Extrude
2.Fillet
3.Lofter Boss / Base
4.Extrude Cut
5.Split
6.Shell
7.Revolve Boss / Base
8.Linear Pattern
9.Combine
10.Dome
11.Mirror
12. Projected Curve
13.Reference Geometry
14.Surface Tools
Hull :-

Feature Used :-
- Surface Loft
- Surface Trim
- Surface Extrude
- Surface Curve
- Surface Knit
- Surface Fill
- Shell
- Cut Extrude
- Boss Extrude
- Chamfer
- Fillet
- Sweep
- Helix / Spiral
- Delete Face
- Revolve Boss / Base
- Linear Pattern
- Mirror
- Split
- Split Line
The Hull is the portion of your boat that rides both in and on the top of the water. The beat Hull does not include any masts, sails machinery or equipment. Here we started the sketch with the help of the blueprint and used different types of sketch tool & planes are used to create sketches. By using different features & surfaces to complete the hull model and finally we added some decals on the hull for the outer look.
Superstructure :-

Feature Used :-
- Sketch
- Plane
- Extrude Boss
- Extrude Surface
- Surface Loft
- Trim
- Surface Trim
- Sweep
- Split
- Cut Extrude
- Fill
- Fillet
- Dynamic Mirror
- Appearance
Firstly we started the sketch with the help of hull suface and blueprint. The traced a few areas for reference form the blueprint the we sketched all sketches by using different sketch tools and plane and modelled the whole structure by using different feature and surface.
Garage Door :-

Feature Used :-
- Cut Extrude
- Shell
- Fillet
- Mirror
A Garage Door is a large door on a garage that open either manually or by an electric motor. Garage Doors are generally large enough to accomodate automobiles and other vehicles. Small Garage Doors may be made in a single panel that titls up a back across the garage ceiling.
Radar Mast :-

Feature Used :-
- Sketch
- Plane
- Extrude Boss
- Fillet
- Revolve
- Sweep
- Mirror
- Projected Curve
- Chamfer
- Dome
At first start the sketch with the help of superstructure surface and blueprint here we used a variety of sketch tools and feature tools to create the RadarMast model.
Radar :-

Feature Used :-
- Boss Extrude
- Fillet
- Cut Extrude
- Sketch
- Mirror
- Split Line
Radar is a detection system that uses radio waves to determine the distance angle, or velocity of objects. It can be used to detect aircrafts, ships, spacecraft guided missiles motor vheicles weather formation and terrain.
Propeller :-

Feature Used :-
- Revolve Boss
- Loft Boss / Base
- Fillet
- Cut Extrude
- Circular Pattern
A Propeller is a device with a rotation hub and radiating blades that are set at a pitch to form a helical spiral, that when rotated performs an action whihc is similar to archimedes screw. It transforms rotational pwer into linear thrust by acting upon a working fluid, such as water or air.
Blueprint :-

Front Seat :-

Feature Used :-
- Sketch
- Plane
- Extrude Boss
- Extrude Surface
- Surface Trim
- Surface Loft
- Cut Extrude
- Fillet
- Appearance
With the help of blueprints start sketching for the front seat here mostly surface option are used to build the model of the Front Seat of the yatch and also we can complete this model within very less time.
Back Seat :-

Feature Used :-
- Sketch
- Plane
- Extrude Boss
- Extrude Surface
- Surface Loft
- Trim
- Surface Tirm
- Sweep
- Split
- Cut Extrude
- Fill
- Fillet
- Dynami Mirror
- Appearance
Firstly we started the sketch with the help of hull surface and blueprint. The traced a few areat for referance from the blueprint then we sketched all sketches by using different sketch tools and plane and modelled the whole structure by using different feature and surface.
Middle Seat :-

Faeture Used :-
- Sketch
- plane
- Extrude Boss
- Cut Extrude
- Fillet
- Appearance
Top view of the blueprint is used to place the middle seat of the yatch same as the front seat the middle seat is also created with the help of surface option and also add decals on the table for a better look.
Assembly :-

Render Images :-

Conlusion :-
The given all parts of the yacht Model will be assemble and render successfully and clearly .
