Challenge

Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

    1. Starter - To control the electrical power for starting motor and start the vehicle.
    2. Generator - To charge the battery and to power the electrical system when engine running.
    3. Foot Selector switch - To turn the power supply to devices and On or OFF device with the foot.
  1. If 10A load from battery then fuse rating should be 1.1 to 1.5 percent of laos curret - 1.5 X 10A = 15A is fuse rating
  2. For 500W load if I consider the 12v battery then battery capacity will be-
Amp Hr = (Time) X Power (Watt) / Volt X battery efficiency
    = (1hr X 500W) / 12V X 0.8
    = 52.1Ah battery Capacity
  3. Tail Stop lights are connected parallel in the circuit
Parallel connection use becuase if one lamp burn or damage in the circuit then also other one working.
  4. Battery and generator are connected in series
Alternator transmit the current in series to charge the battery so it act like one complete circuit
If issue in any device from series circuit it affect to whole circuit.
