Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1. WIRING DIAGRAM Breif as mention below .

2. Purpose of battery is To provide the initial start when vehicle is stationary and no prime movers are in function.

Battery is Principle of anode and cathode where electron transfer Happens called charge and discharge .

Purpose of ignition switch is to work as a switching device in between human interface and to saperate the auxiliary load and Crank when vehicle is running .

It is working when ignition key insert and rotate thimble complete circuit as bothe connection of positive negative meets.

Purpose of horn is to Provide Sound in case of Requirement .

it works with thin metallic disc and electromagnet .

3. 10 amps Fues.

4. 500 w load , 12.5 V battery and 40 amps Ratting .

5. Parallel connection Horn , Beam and Park lamp with the help of Junction box .
connection are Independent and need different function ' Current Drop limited by doing parallel connection.

6. Battery and starter motor are in series connection as it is Required to have Load when Ignition is on .
