Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit
1) Battery, Ignition coil, Distributor,Breaker,Ammeter,Junction block,voltage regulator,fuse
2) Batteries work by converting chemical energy into electrical energy through a process known as electrolysis. This chemical reaction creates a flow of current. The chemical reactions in a battery typically involve a positive and negative electrode, with ions moving from one side to the other and creating a potential difference between the two. This potential difference, known as the battery's voltage.
Ammeter is used to measure current in series circuit.ammeter works by measuring the current through a set of coils with a very low resistance and inductive reactance. The coils in the ammeter generate a magnetic field when a current passes through them. This magnetic field is then used to measure the current in the circuit.
An electrical fuse is a safety device that operates to provide protection against the overflow of current in an electrical circuit. It works by melting low inductive wire when additional voltage load is made the circuit.
3) 15A. It is recommend to have fuse rating high than actual total load.
4) voltage=12V and battery capacity of atleast 42Ah Depending on the type of load and the desired runtime, you may need to use a larger battery.
5) Ignition Coil and Ignition switch, since they are source of connection either to earth nor battery connected.
6) Elements connected to Ammeter and Fuse, ammeter to get exact current and fuse if any additional current load happen in series.
