Challenge

Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

Ans 1: Major Elements are as below ....

* Ammeter

* Battery

* Generator

* Stator

* Distributor

* Breaker

* Current & Voltage Regulator

* Fuse

* Ignition Coil

* Foot Selector Switch.

Ans 2:

Ammeter:

An Ammeter is used to measure the current (DC & AC Current)

Working: When a wire/Conductor is connected to the source terminals then electrons starts flowing -ve to +ve and generate current, when we keep a bulb it starts glowing...

Battery:

It is a device which stores energy,

Working: It converts checmical energy to electrical energy, due to chemical reaction inside it the electrons flows from one material to another through a external circuit and the electrons generate current which we can use for work.

Fuse:

It is a safety device which protect the electrical components from high electricity when it short circuits, unwanted electricity flows during lightening.

Working: When more current flows through the fuse the heat will generates more and due to thin fuse material it melt and disconnect the current.

Ans 3:

Ans 4:

Ans 5: Generator and Current & Voltage regulator are connected in Parallel to have same voltage across them.

Ans 6: Battery and Stator both are connected in Series.

They are connected in parallel to increase the battery efficiency and same current flows across them.
