Project - Analysis of a practical automotive wiring circuit

1.Battery,Startor,Ignition coil,genetaror or alternator,Distributor.

2.A battery is an energy source consisting of one or more electrochemical cells and terminals on both ends called an anode (-) and a cathode (+). Electrochemical cells transform chemical energy into electrical energy.

A starter is a device used to rotate crank in an internal-combustion engine so as to initiate the engine's operation under its own power.

a generator is a device that converts motive power (mechanical energy) into electric power for use in an external circuit.

3.The function of a fuse is to break a circuit when a current threshold is exceeded. so here 10A load battery the fuse rating should be more than 10A and sholud be 15A.

4.For 500W application voltage sholud be more because of high current leads to high losses so there sholud be hugh voltage and low current is prefferable i recommend 72V and 6.94A for 500W.Bttery.

5.Parallel circuits are commonly used in automotive lighting circuits and Distributor. A parallel circuit has several unique characteristics: There is more than one path for electric current. The total amount of electric current is equal to the sum of the individual branch currents.

6.series circuits are commonly used in Battery and ignition coil. In a series circuit the circuit elements are arranged in a single path. This means that, if there are three resistors in series, the same current must flow through all 3. In a series circuit, the current is the same in all three resistors.
