What is the complete functionality of the existing system, including any undocumented features?
How are data flows and dependencies managed within the current system?
v) IT involvement
What technologies and platforms are currently in use?
What are the performance requirements and expectations for the new system?
vi) Migration strategies
How will data migration be employed?
vii) Technical considerations
What are the hardware and software requirements for the new environment?
What are the scalability and performance goals for the migrated system?

Should the user interface be modernized or updated during the migration?
Are there any specific user experience requirements for the new system?

How will quality assurance be maintained throughout the migration process?

What training will be provided to end users for the new system?

Technically I need to know about the projects completely, about the hardware and software that have been used by the organisation for past years, and updation in the techniques and methods that we use for the projects.
