Project 3

A buck converter (step-down converter) is a DC to DC power converter which steps down voltage.

The input voltage is 48V, the Output voltage is 12 V, and runs the simulation.

1. we choose dc voltage source give input as 48 v

2. a mosfet , we connect one end to step and second to dc source, third end to diode as i shown in project.

3 choose rlc series block 1. inductor 2. capacitor 3. resistor and connrct tham to scope and use goto and from .

4. choose powergui to sun this continous.

5 run

Conclusion

In this project, simulation Is done using the buck converter in which information is given and also calculated the value of the capacitor, inductor, and duty ratio.
