Project 2 - V&V SW Analysis II

1. Perform Static Code Review Analysis for “C:\**\LDRA_workarea\Examples\C_Testbed_examples\Testrain\Testrain.c” Generate Code review report and upload them.

STEPS:

1. source-> single file-> load testrain.c
2. create a new sequence. (here i have created in the name project2(1).
3. keep it in white box mode.
4. source->run static analysis
5. results->test manager report
6. repeat the same procedure for black box testing.

Perform Integration testing by including all the .C files available in the folder location C:\**\LDRA_workarea\Examples\Toolsuite\Cashregister_6.0\ **

STEPS:

1. Write the name of file here and click on Create
2. Click on " system "
3. Add -> Userinteface.c file and click OK
4. From menu bar:
5. Configure -> LDRA Testbed Configuration Options -> Static options
6. In "include files" select .dat file as shown below
7. Similarly select .dat file in "macros"
8. From menu bar:
9. Sequence -> New
10. Sequence name
11. From menu bar:
12. Source -> Run static analysis
13. Generate reports for both " White box " and " Black box "

A)Create the test cases manually as well as automatically using TBExtreme and upload the reports.

STEPS:

1. After creating sequence in above steps, further in black box texting to generate " automatically test cases "
2. From menu bar: Extreme test -> Run Tabular Extreme Test
3. Total 6 cases are generated
4. From menu bar:
5. Results -> Regression report and Test manager report are generated which shown below.
6. For manual test case:
7. Right click on any function, below it is shown of example "Userinterface parse" function
8. Create new test case -> Enable the mode Repetitions -> Continue -> and again Continue.
9. Manually giving input value for the function and then from Run driver respective function is run.
10. In similar manner manually entering values for other functions also.
11. Generating Regression and Test manager report which is shown below.

B) store the test cases as .tcf file. Upload the location image where the .tcf file is stored.

STEPS:

1. From menu bar:
2. Source -> Save File or Set to TCF.
