Project 2 - V&V SW Analysis II

STATIC CODE ANALYSIS:

              * It is a software verification activity that analyzes source code for quality, reliability, and security without executing the code. Using static analysis, you can identify defects and security vulnerabilities that can compromise the safety and security of your application.

WHITE BOX TESTING:

              * WhiteBox testing in software engineering aims to make sure that all decision branches, loops, and statements in the code are correct. WhiteBox test cases would be used to put the statements in the preceding white box testing example to the test. Code Coverage Analysis is a popular White box testing technique.

BLACK BOX TESTING:

               * It is a software testing method wherein the internal structure or design, or implementation of the item that needs to be tested is unknown to the tester. Black box testing is a software testing technique that focuses on the analysis of software functionality versus internal system mechanisms.

INTEGRATION TESTING:

               * Integration testing is the second level of the software testing process comes after unit testing. In this testing, units or individual components of the software are tested in a group. The focus of the integration testing level is to expose defects at the time of interaction between integrated components or units.
