We analysis which mode of shipping gives more profit to the company.

INSIGHTS:

  • Most of the west region customer likely preffered our product so we need not focus on that region ,but in east region customer not getting much sales so we can increase some discount offer .
  • Most important thing that we taking more duration time of order date to shipping date compare to west.

RECOMMENTATION:

  • The main reason of west region getting more profit because the people who lives in the city like califonia, Washington are more richer they don’t expect the discount ,they expect the quality of the product.

We can gives more discount like 5% offer from MRP instead of giving the offer to west region people.
