Project 2 Library Book Management System

Dear Dr. Rafi,

I have written the answers to project 2 in a Jupyter Notebook named "Project 2 _ Library Book Management System _ Mojtaba Ahani " and uploaded it here.

Since I was not familiar with the functionality of the "issue button" at this project, I implemented a function associated with this button so that by pressing the button, at the display, mark "[ **ISSUED]" appears in front of the book_title.

Initially, you need to add some books to the database. The database at this stage is empty.
