1) Explain each KPI - OEE, Availability, Performance, Quality, MTTR, Pareto of losses
Overall Equipment Effectiveness : - Overall Equipment Effectiveness is a measure of how well a manufacturing operation is utilized compared to its full potential, during the periods when it is scheduled to run
OEE = Availability * Performance * Quality
Availability : Ratio between run time and Planned production time
Run time = Planned production time - down time
Performance : = (cycle time * total count ) / run time
Quality : It is the ratio between total defect free parts produced to total parts produced
Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): It is the time taken to repair the machine tool. it includes repair time and test run time.
Pareto losses: it is the diagram represents most significant parameters which affects or contributing the output parts

The following parameters are required for calculating KPI parameters in industry
- Shift Duration- time allotted per shift
- Planned Breaks - time given for personal relaxation
- Down Time - machine idle time due to unexpected failure and breakdown
- Ideal Cycle Time - time required to produce a part
- Total Counts - total no. of components produced per shift or day
- Rejected Counts - number of components rejected due to deviate from specifications
