Project 2

Summary of what i did:

1. Loaded and pre-processed country-level data, separating out country names and standardizing the features.

2. Applied PCA to reduce dimensionality and visualize explained variance and 2D projections.

3. Performed K-Means clustering to group countries based on development indicators.

4. Conducted Hierarchical clustering and visualized it using a dendrogram.

5. Identified countries needing aid by selecting the cluster with the highest child mortality and lowest GDP.
