Project 2 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

Aim:

*The given component check geomentry and correct the error and take the mid surface by using casting method give the given values and mesh the component by given quality and follow it and give the good mesh flow.

IMAGE OF THE COMPONENT:

Procedure:

*Download the component and open in ansa and give the geomentry clean up performed.

*Check the geomentry and find the issues.

*Give the casting method in midsurface correct the minimum thickness and also target elemont length.

*

*Update the all quality criteria and take the manual meshing.

*After that go to the align manager and correct the mid surface and plane surface.

*In this method face many issues like more part want to correct as middle and plane.

*after the there is many off stucture will face correct it all.

Learning:

*align manager this method is i learned in this method we take the middle of the part and plane also we learned and easly correct the stucture of the deficult mid sufrace and clear it.

Conclusion:

*this part is very deficult it take more time to solve it and casting method many irruglar midsurface maked correct it using align manager.

Result:

*In casting method using align manager done the component by given quality and requirements with the given good mesh flow and file attached below.
