Project 2 - 2D meshing on the instrumental Panel

AIM:

To do the 2-D meshing of the instrumental panel in ANSA.

PROCEDURE:

• First analyze all the entities by rotating the views.
• Click Orient for a better view.
• Divide using the project tool.
• Using inot, concentrate on only one divided area.
• Go to mid-surface, casting with avg dimension 4.
• Usind align tool aligns the improper areas by perimeter and area subdivision.
• Dog houses are specially done by align manager and meshing tool.
• After getting better mesh, you can go to quality.
• Give input for quality criteria.
• Edit the failing areas by tools in the element.
• Now save the file for review.

OUTCOMES:

Here I practiced casting and align manager.
