• import the model
• measuring thickness various features to identify the minimum thickness of the component

• extracting the fe using casting method
• capturing the features with align manger

in order to cpture this feature,go to align manager -select the perimeter which are getting wrong definition-to make it correct-edit-faces-select the correct faces to align

to do the macro definition,goto area in the align manager-select the macro to define-provide plane or middle defintion by selecting the-2 opposite faces

in order to capture this feature, make a curve over there and fill it with shell option 

in order to capture the fillet areas,making imprint the cons from parrent geometry
